Carefully crafted Hatha, prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, combining energy, mindfulness, relaxation and love. Flowing movements connected to the breath are balanced with moments of stillness in the practice, helping you to stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind. Elements of philosophy, pranayama and meditation are combined to help you find clarity and balance. All levels are welcome with modifications offered to suit individual students as needed.
